What sizes are your baskets ?
We offer a wide variety of sizes, ranging from 15cm through to 46cm. Specific sizes can be found under each listing
What are your baskets made of ?
The majority of our baskets are made from Willow, but we also stock baskets made from Bamboo or Seagrass. Some of our baskets are treated with a colour. Check out each listing for more detail
Do you offer express delivery ?
We will always try to get an item to you as quickly as we can. For urgent orders we offer an upgraded shipping service starting at £4. Drop us a message for all details
How should I look after my baskets ?
Willow baskets respond very well to being washed in water and left to dry naturally. Ideally you should store your basket in a dry place but avoid heat sources.
Do you sell bows and hamper accessories ?
We are pleased to be able to sell complete gift hamper gifts, featuring clear bags, bows, shredding and a gift tag. These can be purchased individually or in a bundle with a basket
What Courier do you use ?
For all our UK deliveries we use Evri, we have found this to be the most reliable courier capable of taking larger parcels.
Do you offer bulk discounts ?
